Downtown Penthouse

Acquired as a developer shell with sweeping views of the skyline, this duplex needed an interior architecture that could hold its own against the city outside. We introduced a quieter language — fluted timber walls, ribbed plaster and warm bronze trims — to soften reflective glass and re-centre attention inside the home.

A new central stair was reworked as a sculptural object, and bespoke joinery threaded through both floors to anchor sleeping, working and entertaining zones without resorting to closed doors.
