Set high above the water, this private apartment was reimagined as a calm retreat from the city — a layered composition of pale oak, hand-troweled plaster and unbleached linen, drawn together by long sight-lines and the slow movement of light through the day.

Every decision returned to the same question: how does a room feel at dusk? Material choices favour tactility over flourish, with quiet brass details, soft-edged stone and bespoke joinery designed to disappear into the architecture rather than compete with it.
